Key Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise in aircraft loading operations
• Assist in the design of the loading/unloading and load control processes
• Contribute to the development of fall-back procedures
• Support the documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and manuals
• Participate in comprehensive system testing and on-site trials
• Liaise with outports and coordinate device configuration and deployment
• Contribute to the design and delivery of computer-based and practical training programs
• Provide regional/outport support during the system cutover
• Assist with quality control and review of the project execution

Requirements

• University graduate with minimum 5 years’ experience in ramp operations
• Demonstrated experience and subject matter expertise in aircraft loading operations
• Previous experience as an Aircraft Loading Supervisor (ALS) or Turnaround Coordinator (TCO) or Load Controller (LCO)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and planning skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English.
• Willingness to travel to various locations as required
• Ability to work outside of standard office hours
